Content Mood for WooCommerce

In WooCommerce, linking is typing a name.
And it is where it happens least.

WordPress gives you the native blog, and the editor's link search finds your products by typing their name. The technical part is solved out of the box. What is missing is someone whose job it is to decide which article leads to which product page, and to look at it again every month.

The short answer

Content Mood is content maintenance for WooCommerce stores: it audits the articles you already published, refreshes the ones that rank and are losing traffic keeping the same URL, and decides which product page or product category each one has to end in. In WooCommerce linking is trivial —the WordPress editor finds your products as you type their name— so what we add is not being able to do it: it is the criteria of what to link, in what order, and having someone review it every month. It is not a plugin and it does not touch your theme. The first diagnosis is free and asks for no card. Writing new posts comes last, and only for real demand gaps.

What happens to the blog of a WooCommerce store

The advantage nobody uses

You type a product name into the editor's link search and the product shows up. There is no more convenient platform for taking an article to a product page. And even so, on most WooCommerce blogs not a single article links to the catalog. The problem is not technical: it is that nobody has that job assigned. A technical advantage nobody uses is not an advantage.

Two taxonomies competing

Blog categories and product categories coexist and both generate indexable archive pages. When they target the same query, Google chooses and you do not.

Publishing takes five minutes; reviewing, nobody does it

WordPress makes adding one more article trivial. There is nothing equivalent for going back over the forty already there.

Content expires and never warns you

A two-year-old article keeps ranking while it loses positions with nobody looking at it. It is the cheapest asset you own and the only one nobody reviews.

How it works

Three steps. The first one is free and commits you to nothing.

Step 1

You give us your store URL

We read your blog and your catalog from the outside, the same way Google reads them. No plugins to install and no WordPress user to hand over.

5 minutes of your time
Step 2

You get the diagnosis

Which articles rank and are losing traffic, which category archives overlap each other and how many posts link to a product page. With the order worth tackling them in.

5 business days
Step 3

You approve what gets published

Every refresh arrives reviewed, with the previous version saved and the same URL. Nothing leaves your blog without your approval.

First, know what you have

The full inventory of your WordPress blog with the status of every article: the one that ranks and loses, the one overlapping another, the one that never got indexed and the one that leads to no product. It is the way in and it costs nothing.

Refresh

Fix what already ranks

An article with a position and two years of history is worth more than a blank new one. It is refreshed keeping the URL, with the previous version saved and the review date in plain sight. It is the result that arrives soonest.

Every article ends in a product page

It is the only reason a store should have a blog, and what no generic tool does, because none of them know your catalog. In WooCommerce the link is added by typing the product name into /product/; what we decide is which one, from which paragraph, and when the category beats the product page.

New posts, only for real gaps

Writing is the commodity: anyone does it. Here a post is only written when the audit finds demand your blog does not cover, in your tone and with the destination product page decided before the first line.

The audit spots an uncovered demand gap and only then a new article is written with its destination product page. demand gap → destination page decided your blog today

The specifics on WooCommerce

Where your posts liveIn the native WordPress blog, with whatever permalink structure you already have. Nothing needs adding to publish.
Where we link toTo the specific product page when the article is about a product, and to the product category when it is about a range. The WordPress editor finds the product by typing its name.
What you have to installNothing to audit. Content Mood is not a plugin and it touches neither your theme nor your dashboard.
What permissions we ask forNone to audit: we read your blog and your catalog from the outside, like Google. We do not ask for a WordPress user.
How the content arrivesCSV with the columns you define. It works with an import plugin if you go in bulk, or to paste the post into the editor if there are only a few.
Domain rootAccessible. robots.txt and llms.txt go up in two minutes over FTP or from your hosting file manager.
What happens to URLs when refreshingThey stay. The previous version is saved and the review date remains visible.
Who approvesYou, always. Nothing publishes itself.
What is worth knowing beforehand

In WooCommerce the technical part is solved out of the box. What Content Mood adds here is not being able to link —you could already— but knowing which article to link to which product page and in what order, and having someone review it every month. If you already have someone doing that, you do not need us. And to upload content in bulk you need an import plugin that reads the CSV: we would rather say it here than have you find out in week two. How the linking is done, step by step, is in the linking guide.

Your content, your store, your last word

Human review required

Nothing reaches your blog without your approval. Review is a feature, not a limitation.

Read-only on your store

To audit we read what is already public. We do not ask for a WordPress user and we do not write into your installation.

Nothing is lost when refreshing

Before every change the previous version is saved. The URL stays and you can go back.

Content is written so Google understands it and so an assistant can cite it. You can measure that with our free test.

Content Mood is launching in November 2026. Until then, the blog diagnosis is free for the first thirty.

Frequently asked questions

Is Content Mood a WooCommerce plugin?

No. Nothing gets installed in your WordPress and we touch neither your theme nor your dashboard. Content Mood reads your blog and your catalog from the outside, the way Google reads them, and hands the work back for you to approve.

If linking is already easy in WooCommerce, why do I need Content Mood?

Because the hard part is not linking. The WordPress editor finds your products as you type their name, so the technical part is solved out of the box. What is missing is deciding which article links to which product page, in what order to tackle it, and having someone review it every month. If you already have someone doing that, you do not need us.

How does the content reach my WooCommerce?

Reviewed and approved content is exported as a CSV with the columns you define. In WordPress that file works with an import plugin if you want to upload in bulk, or to paste the post straight into the editor if there are only a few.

What happens with blog categories and product categories?

In WooCommerce two taxonomies coexist and both generate indexable archive pages. When a blog category and a product category target the same query, they compete with each other. The audit crosses them, flags which ones overlap and proposes which one stays for Google.

What does the free diagnosis include?

The inventory of what you have published, which articles rank and lose traffic, which ones cannibalize each other and how many link to a product page or a product category. It is free, no card, and it is the way into the product.
